Unfortunatly we have to charge delivery on bait products due to low value and high weight,

PLEASE NOTE
All mainland uk internet orders are sent post free, but postal charges will be made for telephone orders and will be quoted at the time of placing the order
Large and heavy items such as rods, poles, boxes, clothing sets, and some of the larger luggage and bait orders will be sent via courier for next working day but sometimes could take longer 1 - 2 day delivery is normal. Smaller items are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class . This should take 3-5 working days for delivery. We always obtain a proof of postage.
Unfortunatly, at present we are unable to ship bulky items such as rods, poles, seatboxes etc, outside uk mainland
All orders taken before 13.00pm week days should be proccessed and shipped out same day if item/s are in stock, after this time order will be processed next working day. Orders taken on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. Overseas customers outside the EU (e.g australia, new zealand ) please note your order could be held up by customs on entering, this is a purely random check and may not happen very often if at all, but if the case arises a surcharge will be charged by the shipper/courier to you the customer to be paid at a later date.

RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return a product please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us with the following details.
Order Number
Full Name and address
Email Address
Telephone Number
When sent back to us, you must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the fault and what you may have done to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Also the product should be in its original packaging and all component parts included.
Goods exchanged or replaced for reasons other than complaint will be subject to our postage and packing charges for new orders. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning non-defective goods.
All products carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
PLEASE NOTE
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged. We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit. Any returns that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. deciding it is no longer required or ordered incorrectly) will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by us to ship the parcel.
CITY LINK COURIERS
If Initial City Link Couriers are not be able to deliver the ordered products, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises notifying you that you have 5 days to arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If this is not completed in the above timescale then the products will be returned to us. This will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge applicable to your order being sent. Should you wish us to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge.
